This document is a Mac OS X manual page. Manual pages are a command-line technology for providing documentation. You can view these manual pages locally using the man(1) command. These manual pages come from many different sources, and thus, have a variety of writing styles.

This manual page is associated with the Mac OS X developer tools. The software or headers described may not be present on your Mac OS X installation until you install the developer tools package. This package is available on your Mac OS X installation DVD, and the latest versions can be downloaded from developer.apple.com.

For more information about the manual page format, see the manual page for manpages(5).

vmmap64(1) BSD General Commands Manual vmmap64(1)

NAME
vmmap64 -- Display the virtual memory regions allocated in a 64-bit process

DESCRIPTION
/usr/sbin/vmmap64 is a helper tool that is exec'ed by /usr/bin/vmmap if the target process is a 64-bit
process. For simplicity, vmmap thus essentially handles both 32- and 64-bit processes, so there is no
     need to invoke vmmap64 directly.

If vmmap64 is invoked directly on a 32-bit target process, it will likewise exec /usr/bin/vmmap.

OPTIONS
vmmap64 takes the same arguments as vmmap. See vmmap(1) for further details.
