NAME
     createuserstreamingdir

SYNOPSIS
     createuserstreamingdir username

DESCRIPTION
     createuserstreamingdir will create the directory ~user/Sites/Streaming/
     The created directory gives the QuickTimeStreamingServer access to user managed content

     A list of flags and their descriptions:
     username The user whose home directory should be updated
