Description

This sample includes two applications that illustrate how one can use the Process to Process Communications Toolbox (PPC Toolbox) to send messages from one application to another. In this case, a faceless background server application allows client applications to connect using the PPC Toolbox and send commands that turn on or off file sharing on the machine where the server application is running. Techniques illustrated include using asynchronous PPC Toolbox calls and how to write a faceless background application.
