Introducing Embedded Movies

QuickTime 4.1 introduces a new embedded movie feature. This feature provides QuickTime content authors and developers with a set of new capabilities for the creation of more powerful, interactive wired movies. Some of these new features and their possible uses are outlined in this section.

Embedded movies are implemented through the new track type -- the movie track, which is discussed in the section "A New Movie Media Track".
