Retrieves this Cyberdog item's URL.

return value
A pointer to a null-terminated string that contains the CyberItem object's URL.

DISCUSSION
This method should return a pointer to this Cyberdog item's URL. The Cyberdog item owns the pointer returned by this method; the caller should not modify or delete the string.
If you subclass CyberItem, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
