ExternalizeIC

Writes the preferences associated with this preferences panel to storage.

The ICInstance object for the preferences to be stored.
DISCUSSION
This method stores the preferences associated with this preferences panel. Typically, you call this method when the user dismisses the dialog box that contains the preferences panel. A preferences panel should write all of its preference settings. It is recommended that developers use Internet Config to store preferences.

If you subclass CyberPrefsExtension, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
