Notifies this dialog box container that it has received the keyboard focus.

DISCUSSION
You call this method from an embedded panel to notify the dialog box that it has regained the keyboard focus. This method is called for you by an embedded panel's TabOut method when the user presses the Tab key while the embedded panel is active.
If you subclass CyberContainerExtension, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
