OTRemoveFirst

Removes the first link in a FIFO list.

PARAMETERS

list

A pointer to the FIFO list from which you want to remove the link.

function result

A pointer to the link that has been removed.

DISCUSSION

This function removes the first link in the FIFO list referenced by the list parameter and returns a pointer to it. It returns nil if the list is empty.

Use the OTAddFirst function to place a link at the front of a FIFO list.

Use the OTGetFirst function to obtain a pointer to the first link in a FIFO list.
