Opening a TCP/IP Service Provider

This section describes the two functions you can use to open the TCP/IP service provider: OTAsyncOpenInternetServices and OTOpenInternetServices.

Use the OTCloseProvider function, described in the chapter "Endpoints", to close a TCP/IP service provider when you are finished using it.
