Performing Logical Operations
The Operating System supports five functions to support bit-level logical operations. TheBitAnd,BitOr,BitXor,BitNot, andBitShiftfunctions performAND,OR,XOR,NOT, and bit-shifting operations, respectively. These routines are intended primarily for Pascal programmers. If you are programming in C, you can typically use C operators to perform the same logical operations more efficiently.
