Leopard Reference: Mac OS X Server
Mac OS X Server provides facilities for cluster and grid computing, including the necessary file services, network services, and system configuration capabilities. Cluster computing combines hardware, software, and interconnect technologies that integrate the services of multiple servers so they appear to be a single computing resource. Administrators can easily configure clusters into private network topologies and simultaneously set up an arbitrary number of headless computational nodes.
