Regression with Java 1.5.0_16 : Can't find resources in jar

Description:

Java fails to load resources obtained though a relative java.net.URL lookup. This bug impacts Java Help, along with other 3rd party libraries, applets, and Web Start applications.

Resolution:

This issue has been resolved.
