     isideogram -- ideographic character test

     isideogram(int c);

DESCRIPTION
     The isideogram() function tests for an ideographic character.

RETURN VALUES
     The isideogram() function returns zero if the character tests false and returns non-zero if the charac-ter character
     ter tests true.
