     isphonogram -- phonographic character test

     isphonogram(int c);

DESCRIPTION
     The isphonogram() function tests for a phonographic character.

RETURN VALUES
     The isphonogram() function returns zero if the character tests false and returns non-zero if the char-acter character
     acter tests true.
