java.lang.Object | +--com.apple.mrj.console.InputConsole
The InputConsole class used to provide a way for user
 interaction to be done through a graphical "console" input window.
 Nowadays, we have all standard IO redirected through Java code, and
 the unified input/output console takes care of any case that uses
 a window for input, output or both.

public static void install()
Redirector class.
InputConsole stream object, and
 associate this stream with System.in, such that subsequent
 calls on the standard input stream are redirected to this stream.
 This code is now obsolete, since it has been taken over by the code
 for the unified input and output console. This method is only needed
 for compatibility with code that was compiled against, and calls into,
 the pre-release MRJInputConsole API.Redirector
