BeginSetup
Starts a new form.
void BeginSetup ();
DISCUSSION
You call this method to notify the Cyberdog item that you are preparing to specify new form data. You should call this method before calling SetBody, SetContentType, or SetMethod to specify form data. This method should clear any data from previous forms.
If you subclass CyberFormExtension, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
