Notifies the Cyberdog item that the form information is complete.

DISCUSSION
You call this method to notify the Cyberdog item that the form information is complete. This method should perform any needed processing on the data before you submit the form.
If you subclass CyberFormExtension, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
