DISCUSSION
This method should display this notebook's window if it is not already displayed. You should not call this method directly; to show the notebook window, you should call CyberSession::ShowNotebookWindow, which calls this method.
If you subclass CyberNotebookExtension, you must override this method. Your override must call its inherited method.
