CreateCyberItemFromURL
Creates a Cyberdog item for a URL.
CyberItem CreateCyberItemFromURL (in char* url);
url
The URL to be converted to a CyberItem object.
return value
The newly created CyberItem object.

You call this method to create and initialize the appropriate kind of Cyberdog item for the specified URL.
Do not subclass this class.
