WebObjects provides tools, technologies, and capabilities to create Internet and intranet applications. WebObjects is based on frameworks written in Java. With WebObjects, Java developers can take advantage of J2EE integration and its related technologies: Enterprise JavaBeans, JavaServer Pages, and the Java Naming and Directory Interface. Java developers can also develop and deploy their Java server applications on WebObjects. WebObjects applications can be hosted by any servlet or J2EE container, including the JBoss application server.
