Leopard Reference Library: Mac OS X Server
Mac OS X Server administrators can set up Xsan file systems to combine Xserve RAID arrays and slices into large, expandable volumes of storage shared over a high-speed Fibre Channel fabric. Administrators can also manage Xserve RAID using Fibre Channel Utility (to manage Apple Fibre Channel PCI Card settings) and Disk Utility (to stripe or mirror two or more RAID arrays).
