Developers can use a QuickTime media skin to specify the size and shape of a custom window in which a movie is displayed, as well as which part of the window is draggable. Skins can be created programmatically using API calls or manually by using a text editor, a graphics program, and QuickTime Player Pro. Controls can be embedded in a skinned movie using Macromedia Flash or QuickTime wired sprites.
